This 1996 Sumerset is an incredibly spacious houseboat with a 82’ LOA & 18’ beam.

Powering this vessel are twin Mercruiser 5.7L 260 HP stern drive engines with only 334 hours! The ship’s systems are powered by a Westerbeke 15KW kW generator with 1,791 hours or by single 50 AMP shore-power.

Boarding via the bow deck, you will notice there is ample room for lounging & entertaining guests; the same is true for the upper deck which has an island wet-bar & a 24’ Party Top (canvas w/ tubing frame). Dual helm stations allow this boat to be captained above or below deck. The stern thruster makes docking this vessel much easier!

The salon is super spacious furnished with new luxury vinyl flooring, a large sectional sofa on the port side; a TV with fireplace is found on the starboard side. Three barstools are placed at the galley countertop adjacent to the dining room table. Behind the table you will find the wet-bar with ice maker, sink, and china cabinetry. The galley is equipped with everything you need: GE refrigerator/freezer, GE 4-burner stove/oven, GE microwave, Kenmore dishwasher, Newair wine cooler, Whirlpool washer/dryer & a freezer (both located in the closet). There are also smooth slide-out kitchen shelves, under cabinet lighting, and new blinds & verticals.

Down the starboard passageway, two guest staterooms share a marine head. With access to the aft deck, the master stateroom features a centerline king berth, lots of closet space, and an on-suite head with shower.
